ADHD Support Group.

You have recently been diagnosed with ADHD and now you're trying to figure out what that means, what is real and what isn't. Come join a group of people on the same journey, learn from each other, learn together, and gain some tools at the same time. ADHD is widely misunderstood and separating fact from myth can be challenging and can feel disheartening. You may also be wondering what kind of life will you be able to live. The short version is, you can do whatever you set out to do. Come join the conversation to understand how, why, and what this all means for your life.

Sessions will be an hour and half weekly and will be $175 (+GST) per person for 5 sessions. Each group will run for 10 or 15 weeks.

What is ADHD.

You wonder if you or a loved one might have ADHD, but there is so much information out there – how do you know what is true, what is old information, and what have we learned about ADHD? This seminar is designed to go over the most current and accurate information on what ADHD is, how we spot it, and what the potential impacts are. This is intended to be an educational seminar and not to replace therapy or professional assessments and includes discussion and question times.

This seminar is an hour and half and will be $75 (+GST) each and includes a screener tool appropriate to your situation and the results of this tool (please note that screeners are not a diagnostic tool; they are intended to indicate the probability of a potential diagnosis and do not indicate any diagnosis themselves).
